Worry No More

Have you ever experienced worrying so much about what the future may bring? Do you worry about your job security, you and your family's health, your family's happiness... what if you die today, will you be able to go to heaven or are you doomed to perish in hell...  All that sort of thing that makes you feel like you're going to burst.

A lot of worrying doesn't necessary resolve anything. That may only be obvious after sometime, especially when you get stuck and paralyzed with fear.  Every time you get stressed with worries, time will pass by and yet it will take you nowhere.  No one can predict and control the future, so worry not.  Instead, consciously take yourself into a state of peace, which of course may take a considerable effort but you'll be able to create more productive thoughts after that. The battle with fear is something that we always have to periodically encounter, we must be able to conquer ourselves to master the fight.  

Luke 12:22-28

Then Jesus said to the disciples, “And so I tell you not to worry about the food you need to stay alive or about the clothes you need for your body. Life is much more important than food, and the body much more important than clothes.  Look at the crows: they don’t plant seeds or gather a harvest; they don’t have storage rooms or barns; God feeds them! You are worth so much more than birds!  Can any of you live a bit longer by worrying about it?  If you can’t manage even such a small thing, why worry about the other things.  Look how the wild flowers grow, they don’t work or make clothes for themselves.  But I tell you that not even King Solomon with all his wealth had clothes as beautiful as on of these flowers.  It is God who clothes the wild grass – grass that is here today and gone tomorrow, burned up in the oven.  Won’t he be all the more sure to clothe you?  What little faith you have!
